The Client: Reech AiM Group

Founded in 2006, Reech AiM Group is a 'next generation' alternative investment management company, managing funds for institutions, high-net-worth individuals, charities, endowments and foundations. The group operates from offices in Luxembourg, London, Paris and Geneva.

Their Requirement:

Reech AiM Group required a new company web site to fulfill two objectives. The first was to create a public site to act as an information resource for potential investors and to provide information about the company. The second was to create a private online portal where existing investors could log-in to individual user accounts and view the performance of the funds they have invested in and gain access to restricted information. The site would need to allow the staff at Reech to fully administer the site via a graphical user interface (GUI), all with no specialist knowledge or training.

Our Solution:

Design and build a public access web site with content management tools to allow staff at Reech AiM to control the content of the public site. Then design and build a private log-in site available only to registered investors. The log-in site is driven by a powerful, custom-built content management system (CMS) that allows staff at Reech AiM to completely manage every aspect of their site via a user-friendly graphic interface. CMS functions include the management of investors accounts, maintaining site content, scheduling events that investors can request invitations to, providing access to restricted downloads, and producing fund performance reports with automatic graph generation.





The Client: The Mothers' Union

The Mothers' Union (MU) is a Christian organisation with more than 3.6 million members worldwide running local projects, supporting international campaigns, and fundraising in areas such as parental rights, international debt relief and child poverty.

Their Requirement:

A new user friendly web site to act as an information resource for both members and the public, to help raise the charity's international profile. The site must be able to be easily updated and maintained by MU staff of all levels within the organisation. Also to allow site visitors to make online donations to the Mothers' Union.

Our Solution:

Develop a custom-built content management system (CMS) from scratch, to allow the MU to easily create new pages and edit every aspect of their web site. A visual editing system allows them to design an infinite number of page layouts and a user friendly interface lets them manage the entire structure of the web site and every page within it. Also, design and set-up of a secure electronic donations facility to allow the MU to easily receive credit/debit card donations online. Provide fully illustrated user guide and on-site training to designated 'site editors' within the MU.

The Client: The Fire Beam Company

The Fire Beam Company was specifically set-up to design and manufacture the world's leading optical beam smoke detector. Their innovative and award winning product entitled 'The Fire Beam' is now the beam of choice for many of the leading names in the UK fire industry.

Their Requirement:

The Fire Beam Company needed a new web site to promote their products, act as an information resource for potential customers and to be a source of ongoing help and support for existing customers using their products. They contacted Project24 and asked us to complete the design and build of their site with a tight deadline before an upcoming exhibition.

Our Solution:

To keep in line with the existing Fire Beam brand, we specifically designed elements of the site to resemble the glossy white appearance of the Fire Beam casing. We set-up a User Registration section of the site where customers can log-in to individual user accounts and gain access to service and support material that is not available via the public site. Finally, we added a powerful search engine to the site, and created a graphic user interfce to allow staff at The Fire Beam Company to easily view and extract data from their User Registration database.




The Client: Aldermans

Formed in July 2006, Aldermans is a specialist provider of experienced consultants and project staff to the Financial Services industry, working with clients in the sectors of investment management, retail financial services, payment and card services, investment banking and insurance. Aldermans contacted Project24 after receiving a recommendation from one of our existing clients.

Their Requirement:

As a new business Aldermans didn't have an existing identity or web site. The brief was to create a recognisable brand for Aldermans that was simple and modern, yet enduring enough not to look outdated within a few years. Similarly, the web site should be clean and tidy, offering easy navigation and should contain areas that could be easily edited by staff via a content management system (CMS).

Our Solution:

We designed a range of different identity concepts to gauge the initial opinions of the staff at Aldermans. This allowed us to narrow down the proposed logos to a handful of designs, with the final identity being selected soon after. We then designed a range of potential layouts for the web site, relfecting the newly chosen corporate identity in both colouring and style. Using our online client preview area the final design was selected by Aldermans in a very short space of time. We then developed a custom built content management system (CMS) for Aldermans to allow them to edit parts of their site with no specialist knowledge. The final stage was to create a full range of stationery for Aldermans, including named business cards, letterheads, compliments slips and office signage.

The Client: J&G Environmental

J&G Environmental are specialists in waste control to the printing, photographic and healthcare industries, providing expertly-managed collection, treatment, disposal and recycling services to thousands of customers throughout England and Wales.

Their Requirement:

J&G were looking to have their existing web site completely redesigned, to create a modern, easy to use site which also reflected their recently enhanced corporate identity and printed material style. J&G contacted Project24 after receiving a recommendation from another local business who is an existing client of ours.

Our Solution:

After an intital meeting with J&G we worked out a proposed structure for the new site along with suggestions for the intended contents for each page. We then produced a number of designs showing how the site could look and presented them to J&G for consideration. After finalising the look of the site, the next step was to design the content for each of the pages. Finally, the underlying technology was introduced such as download registration, a search tool, and optimising each of the pages for external search engines. The site was then demonstrated to J&G for final approval before being launched with associated press releases and industry publication features.




The Client: Bluerock Consulting

Bluerock Consulting is a London-based management consultancy working for some of the most prestigious global financial services organisations. Established in 1999, they have grown steadily to become one of the most highly respected management consultancies in the City.

Their Requirement:

Bluerock already had an existing web site that had been in use for a few years, but was now looking dated and no longer offered the functionality and features that were required. The brief was to create a clean, contemporary style web site which offered easy navigation and enhanced features such as a search tool and a download registration facility.

Our Solution:

We produced a number of designs for Bluerock showing potential layouts for their new web site. This part of the design process is carried out over the web with Bluerock being able to access the client preview area of our web site. Within this password protected area Bluerock were able to review, approve and provide feedback on the designs, allowing them to shape the final look of their site. In conjunction with the new web site we also redesigned Bluerock's logo to bring it in line with the new colouring and style used throughout the site.
