Web Based Data Collection & Processing
Jacob's Creek distributor Pernod Ricard World Trade wished to run an online competition giving people the chance to win a pair of tickets to the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.
We designed a number of animated banner advertisements for placement on popular industry web sites which users were able to click on in order to visit the competition pages we created.
Users then had to provide their contact details and answer 3 multiple choice questions in order to successfully submit their competition entry. |

Collecting, filtering and storing the data...
For entry processing we set-up automatic filtering of the entries into either correct or incorrect folders and automatically imported the users contact details into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for data collection purposes.
Upon reaching the competition closing date, the entry form automatically recognised this and was set to decline any further entries from being submitted. The data was then sent to Pernod Ricard World Trade in two spreadsheets. |
