Stylish website launched for Tasty Little Cakes

Based in London, Tasty Little Cakes (TLC) is a new business venture offering home-baked cakes, cupcakes and brownies, freshly made to order for parties, gifts and special occasions. Using traditional recipes and quality ingredients they create unique, fun and contemporary design products, custom made for every order.

Earlier this year we designed the identity for Tasty Little Cakes, first creating their stationery and then some stickers and labels for use on their cake boxes and gift wrapping. The identity really captured the traditional, home-made look that TLC were looking to establish for their business and they were very pleased with our work.

So here we are a few months later and it's now time for the Tasty Little Cakes website to go live and we have to say this is one good looking website! The photography has been carried out by TLC themselves and they've really mastered the art of cake photography, supplying us with some of the best imagery we've ever worked with. If you like cake or you appreciate photography (or like us, you appreciate both!) then you'll see what we mean if you visit their website. Simply mouth-watering!

The site not only showcases their products via a Gallery section but also offers an online shop where you can buy any of the cakes on show and have them delivered to your door. Using a traditional shopping basket system the user can compile their order, customise it, and then checkout online via PayPal. The PayPal checkout is seamlessly integrated into the site with no PayPal account required in order to pay for the order.

Tasty Little Cakes are extremely pleased with the finished website and are planning on expanding both the website and their range of products over time. The site has also received some very complimentary reviews from many of their satisfied customers. TLC commented "".
