Mudeford Beach Chalets in Dorset are a pair of luxurious sea-front chalets, available to rent for 48 weeks throughout the year, offering direct access to the beautiful beach at Mudeford and spectacular sea views towards Hengistbury Head and the Isle of Wight.
Just over a mile from Christchurch, Mudeford is a charming fishing village lying at the entrance to Christchurch Harbour, a mecca for water-sports enthusiasts and fishermen.
The property owner, Steve Armstrong, contacted Project24 and asked us to design a website to help promote the chalets online and to oversee the design of a brochure to send out to interested holidaymakers.
As part of the job we also commissioned a photographer we regularly work with to take pictures of the property and the surrounding area, the images from which are used on the website and inside the brochure.
As with the vast majority of our clients these days, approval for the overall design of the website was carried out online with the client being able to access our client preview area. Within this password protected area of our site the client is able to view our range of possible designs and provide feedback. We then carry out any requested amendments before the final layout is then confirmed.
One of the main design features of the site is a large image slideshow, built into the design, featuring at the top of every page. The site lists the features and amenities found inside both chalets as well as offering an extensive image gallery where the photographs can be enlarged to see the chalet interior and stunning views from the property in greater detail. It also lists (and links to) nearby attractions that can be found within Mudeford and the surrounding areas such as Bournemouth, Christchurch and the New Forest.
